Lost connection to EA Servers - Xbox One X

I’ve tried playing Fifa 20 FUT this evening, but keep getting disconnected from EA Servers:

”You lost your connection to the EA servers.  Sign back in to access online features.”

I log back in, but the same thing happens a few minutes later.  Already cost me 2 games in disconnects trying to play.

I am able to play other online games, and still connected to Xbox Live, so don’t believe it’s my internet connection at fault.

Please help advise/resolve,

Try network settings -> advanced -> clear alternate Mac address 

Try a hard reset of the Xbox.

Also blue-ray -> clear persistent storage (x3)

it may have been the servers or just luck, but the connection seems stable now.

@acekikka I am having the exact same issue. I've ran speed tests (including the one from the Xbox menu) and they all come back fine with fast speeds. All my other games run just fine. It's so frustrating!
