Lost all progress with console change PS4 - Battlefield V Please Help

I have two consoles one PS4 and one PS4 Slim. I have been playing Battlefield V on my PS4 Slim all this while and have all my progress etc saved on the console I'm presuming. I have now started playing on the other PS4 using the same PSN PS4 account but I've lost all my progress like my rank, guns, upgrades etc etc.. Is this normal? Is there a way around this or something I'm over looking? Ideally I would like to be able to play on both consoles without any issues like this or missing out on any of the upgrades. Can someone please help a noob like me on this front!! Thanking in advance.

@vaznz1 No it's not normal as if you're using the same PSN ID then you should have access to your BF profile.

It might be an idea to contact Sony for help in this case.
