Lost all progress from past week

I opened up Apex just now, and all the progress I had made over the past week was gone. This mostly isn't a big deal, but I had unlocked a hero, and also had got heirloom shards. I was playing earlier today and everything was fine so I'm a bit confused about what's happened. It even unadded all the friends I'd made recently.

That's definitely strange. Which platform are you playing on? If you shut down and restart the game is your progress still missing?
