Lost all Battle Pass Progress etc.

So, I've been in contact with EA twice and both have told me I'm wrong.

I opened Apex on my PS4 today and it came up to link an EA account. I've linked the only email address I've ever used and have lost my battle pass progress, my skins , legend tokens, unlocked legends, crafting materials etc but have retained my level, KDA, ranked score etc.

I also still have the same ID.

I'm sure I've always used the same email and same account, but need some help figuring out what is happening.

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi, that's very strange.

From what I can see your Apex account shows every indicator of being totally new, as does your posting account.  Just to double check, have you ever unlinked anything from your profile page as described here?

Can I check when you last played with all of your unlocks? Could you provide an image with your username and level? As there's only a handful of the games showing on the account it should be useful evidence. Also, can you check if your trophy list reflects previously attained ones.
