Lost Security Key? Button Doesn't Exist Anymore. Please Help!

This is in regards to case # 61792176 I was never contacted by anyone at customer support and the issue was not resolved, but when I logged into Customer support, it said the situation was resolved.

Here is the original message I sent.

"I last logged on to SWTOR almost 2 years ago and have since lost my security key. Attached is a screenshot of the troubleshooting instructions which claims all I have to do is attempt a login, keep the security code blank and the option to click a button labeled "Lost Security" Key, will could generate an email that would allow me to login.

The second screenshot displays what actually happens we follow the troubleshooting steps on your website. just sends me down an endless loop saying the security key is required without a link to reset it.

Please help me access my account. I worked long and hard on my characters and achievements for years and I really don't want to start from scratch.

Please help me get back into the game."

I gave them my username and email and still no response... I really don't want to start over!!!!

That case number belongs to EA support and they cant assist with swtor so that will be why it was closed

Swtor support said there is a teicket/email in their queue from you and will be actioned when it gets picked up, as mentioned current wait time is around 5 days
