Lost Reward - World Of Luxury Event [ Edited ]

Today, I received a reward for a shirt from a "Ornate Box", but I can't find it. I can't see it up close, but it looks like a women's outfit. I checked my sim's entire wardrobe, but it's not appearing. I'm guessing it's a bug because all the outfits I won from the last event, went straight to her wardrobe. I know it's not a big deal, but just wondering.

Yup, that's the shirt. I looked, and it's not there either. Must be a bug.
