Lost Heirloom Shards?

I got heirloom shards from a pack, just through luck, then the game disconnected, I came back in and I didn't have them. Is there any way I can get them back or do I have to just wait for my luck to come around again? Please say that there's a way I can get them back, they would've been my first shards.

If I were you I'd contact EA help about this. Did you capture a picture or video?

I can't find the live chat option. Is it gone? I can't use the call them option so I would need the live chat. Also, I did catch 2 pictures, one of the shards and one of the error.

same thing happened to me and ea said they were going to give me that apex packs back and i still havent recieved any help or anything back. so pissed rn i spent a lot of money to get it.
