Yesterday I got a new phone. I backed all of my data onto it, but when I opened the NBA Live Mobile app, all of my account was missing. I'm guessing it was because guest account, but I did not have the option to link it to Game Center. If anyone knows what to do, please reply, or if there is no possible way to fix this, EA, please make an update or something.

If you cannot re-link your game via Gamecenter/Facebook/Google, your progress may be lost.

 

If you think this may be the case, contact an Advisor as there is a small possibility all is not lost.

If you still have access to your previous device, you can link your game via Facebook and then your progress should be available when you log in with your new device.

Unfortunately, I do not have my old device with me since I traded it in.
