I logged into my Plants Vs Zombies Heroes account onto a new phone after a hiatus of playing. My progress hasn't been restored on linking my account. I contacted EA customer service about this and they couldn't resolve my issue. As a result I requested a refund, because I have bought gems on this game. The customer service agent referred me to Google Play for a refund, however Google Play referred me to the same EA contact customer service email.
The customer service agent wasn't very useful in resolving this issue at all. They didn't sound like they knew what they were talking about and weren't very interested in seeing the situation through.
Anyone know how I can go about getting a refund for my gems or recovering my account?
