Loss of weapon cycling Xbox One

I've tried wired and wireless connections, fresh batteries in the controller, and a different controller (both Xbox one branded)

Sometimes when I switch to binoculars,  it sticks on binocs and I can no longer use or cycle through my weapon inventory in campaign mode. Melee attacks, ADS, RB/LB, triggers - none of them work.

This sucks hard because I have to keep quitting the game and restarting.

Hey @Sandstorm3565. 

That's definitely strange. It's only happening when you're playing War Stories? Does it happen with all of them, or is it just one in particular?
