Loss game in solo battles

Turn on madden to play my solo battles and I have a loss from no where. I was 2-0 now 2-1 with no other games being played. I finished #1 last week and always in the top 10 when playing. I need someone to fix this so I can play my games. Plus it has people playing 13 games already and it's to early for that. It should only be 9 games played. Thank you for your time.
