Losing sparks after recycling

Sometimes after you recycle cards (for me this seems to happen whenever I recycle something of high value like a legendary or a lot of cards together) you get the sparks and then if you go back in the game later, your sparks will vanish. I messaged ea and they said they are working on the problem.
