Losing RP

Me and my squad members have been consistently losing RP due to errors with the apex servers. We get code leaf and then sometimes code cloud as well. Me and one of my squad members have lost nearly 300 rp due to getting kicked from the servers and then getting abandonment penalties. The has been happening for the past few season now but seems even worse with the introduction of season 7. I reported a bug error yesterday right after it happened but is says the case is closed and no one has contacted me.
