Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Ultimate Team
What happens when the bug occurs? Players speed up and you lose control of your selected player then the game disconnects. I lose the health, contracts and the attempts to ear SBC by playing when I can.
What should be happening instead? Normal game play

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @ManeAttraction4. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

I did those steps last night before I submitted the incident. I have no other issues with the connection for other games or Netflix

I did not have the same issues last night, only a couple instances where the game sped up. Not sure what changed since, but it seems to be better.
