In that case you'll need to reach out to live support. They might be able to help you unlink your Steam account before those six months are up:

I don't entirely understand what you mean. So you made a new EA account for your PlayStation, and now you're missing your Steam progress? Did you unlink your Steam account and link that to your new EA account as well?

If you unlink your Steam account and link it back to your old EA account, you should get your old progress back, although there's no guarantees that it'll be able to recover everything. You should be able to unlink your Steam account via the following link:
