Long random freezes

Hi, i have freezes during 10s in games, i can hear the sound, i can moove but the picture is static and I have a little red logo in the top right of the screen. My specs: Ryzen 2700x, Vega 64 and 16gb RAM. Pease help it's unplayable.

same problem.... looking for info how to fix, freeze per game abount 5-10 times ( 20 sec ) everything, even discord

Yes they can hear me but i can't hear my friends on discord during the freeze.
