Logitech g920 spring settings

There seems to be a bug with g920. It works fine to drive with until you hit a offroad/crash the car. Then the wheel starts to vibrate and the spring in the wheels tightens and wont losen up until you tab out from the game and in again. I dont get this problem with other games and cant find to change any settings in Need for Speed Payback. Settings in Logitech Gaming Software is set so that games are not allowed to change settings.

It takes you 1 week to give an answer and you give me a link to download the logitech gaming software that I mentioned that I already have installed and put my settings on

The firmware may be important too, make sure you also have that.
