Login issues

I've played this game for years and recently had to updated my hard drive and reinstall SWTOR from the 3 disc dvd. Not sure what's going but i keep getting "Server Not Responding" when I click the Login button. I though it maybe my antivirus and firewall but I disconnected and I did the cmd ping test and it worked. I have notice one thing that is different from when things were working before the hard drive change, that is when I click the desktop Icon and the Login box appears the writing goes from yellow/gold color to grey. I can type the email, password and security code in but once I click the Login it says Server Not Responding. Any help would be great. Thank you

Can you right mouse click on the game shortcut and select open file location 

Copy the launcher.settings file to your desktop for the moment 

Grab the launcher repair utility at this link    place that repair utility into the game folder and extract all the files into that game folder

Paste the launcher.setting from your desktop back into that folder 

Start the launcher

Problem with my account :

Hello there E.A team , i have a problem with my swtor account , one wich in the display name i use "Owenreki" , the game showed an screen that  it doesnt recognize my computer and sent me a code to the e-mail that is related to that account . the problem is that i don´t remember wich mail is it , since i logged again into that account after  a long time ago  . here is the evidence that im the owner :

-The account was recently logged yesterday after a long time

-Yesterday i activated a code for 60 days -pre paid, you can ask me wich code if you want to corroborate ( send the question to [edit: email address removed])

-In the same server i have a sith (Marauder)

-the paypal account that can be used from there is from this mail " [edit: email address removed]"
