Hello!

I've bought a new android phone, and i can't login with my google play account.

The old phone was android too, and the new is android too.

Earlier i didn't have problem with this.

 

If i login my google play account i could continue a lvl 2 new account.

 

The problem was happened with a friend of mine.

your best option to contact Customer Support is via your primary account. You have to go to the settings > click the "Need help?" button (this provides the support team with all necessary information to help you). Hey @StrikeFV0320

it seems like your primary account is a guest account on your old phone (meaning that it isn’t connected to Google Play). This level 2 account is connected to your GooglePlay-account. That’s why it’s always showing up when you connect to GooglePlay on your new phone.

The only way for you to get your primary account onto your new phone is to contact Customer Support and provide them with your ally-code and Player-ID. A Support agent should then be able to help you transfer your account.

 

If it’s not possible to transfer your account all progress will be lost as soon as you delete SWGoH from your old phone unless you save it with Facebook for example.

I just don't understand how happened.

I started 2017/06, in 2018 i bought an other phone, and i had no problem with the account.

I had sony->huawei and now xiaomi phone.

Could you tell me how can i contact with a Customer Support?
