Login Failed

I have been trying to access my account for several days. Everytime I try to log in I get a message "Login failed". I have tried to reset my password but I never received the mail to make the change. I tried to find a solution but everything leads to calling CS, I also tried to send a message to EA support but it kicks me out saying there has been an error. If you have any suggestions on what I should try, please respond.

Login failed would normally indicate a wrong password , if you know the EA account associated with that swtor account (there is one) changing that password will change the password on the swtor account they are the same. 

Same should go for changing the email address , the EA account should prompt this will affect swtor if the accounts are linked.

But all fails calling CS (Link to numbers) is a quick easy way to get this sorted
