Logging in problem/transferring an account

It's very disappointing that I play Apex Legends on Nintendo switch which I'm level 403 and I just got an Xbox and it's is going to suck starting all over so I'm wondering if it's possible to link my Nintendo switch account to my Xbox because I can't find no way to do it which I think is impossible to but if somebody has a way to do it please help me I'll appreciate it please and thank you.

Hi @xmj4lyfe To confirm you can have both Nintendo Switch and Xbox accounts linked to the Same EA Account, however, Apex Legends does not support cross-progression or cross-save. So your items will not go with you to a new platform.
