Locked out of my account

I've been trying to log back into my apex account but I need to verify my identity with a code. My screen says: "please enter the code we sent to you to verify your identity. Your verification code was sent to ko****@gmail.com." the problem is I didnt get one and clicking resend doesnt work. I've also changed my email multiple times and it still won't send. If anyone finds a solution or can help me in anyway please contact me through [edit: email address removed]
