Lock up on after match rewards

The past two nights I have only been able to play one game before getting locked on the post match treasure pack reward page.  I tried cycling power, switching to a different game and coming back in.  The first time it did it I check back about an hour later and got back to the ready up screens but that's not ideal.  I get 1-1.5 hrs to play a night and being locked out for an hour after one game is awful.  Also been noticing when I get to the legend selection screen it won't show player names on the team bar and wont show cursors moving between characters.

Hey @BradsLang14, 

There was an update yesterday that should have helped with the issues that could cause you to get stuck on some screens. Have you had the chance to try playing Apex Legends since yesterday's update? Are you still getting stuck at the same spot?
