Loading issues

Still after update v3.0.5.N11 there is still an issue with our(s) PS4’s. Both of them have trouble going further from the loading screen

But finally: by changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 it worked.

If you are unable to launch the game due to connection issue  @noravinden12 then I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

Hi. Thanks for the quick reply. Have tried a lot of possible fix today, but it does not seem to handle the problem. I am still stuck in the loading screen. The strange thing is that both my PlayStations seems to have the same issue (different accounts both in psn and origin). Internet connection and ports are fine. All system is updated.
