I've had this issue for a few days so I started looking up on the net to try and fix it.
I found the following "solution" :
Install newest graphic drivers, I did that (5/08/21 drivers).
Go to NVIDIA control panel, turn off Shader Cache, apply, turn it back on and apply. I did that.
I turned off my computer and restarted it and I still have this loading shaders issue.
Please EA fix this!

Hey, @Mnijijijijbd @BananqtZ can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
Let me know if this works or not for you.
