Loading Screen Issue

I'm basically having problems with SWGoH game, it occured out of nowhere, that I could not log into the game, it just keeps me in Loading Screen..loading..loading and doesn't log into the game.

the thing is that I have 2 mobiles, The issue occured on my New phone while it works on my old iPhone 6s.

i need help with this problem.

Are you able to start it from the Google Play app? Updating the google play app can help too sometimes.
