Linking a Origin Account with SW:TOR Account

So i have played SW:TOR back in 2015 but have stopped since then for various reasons. Now with all the new SW content i decided to go back and after some failures at logging in i finally managed to do just that. ( i was close to surrendering but at my last attempt i actually used the right password ) But i realized that my SW:TOR account  is not linked to my EA and Origin ones ( at least as far as i understand it ) despite using the same email and name. Is there any way i can link my SW;TOR account with Origin one?

If this is an older swtor account it will already be linked to an origin account, just not the one your using it seems.

now so saying that the swtor account cannot be moved to a different origin account without breaking the account, and any new swtor account are not linked to an ea/origin account either anymore.

so in essence the answer is no
