i have the same issues and i'm certain i've put in the right login details.

I had this issue but i have now resolved it. Click the backup codes link in the post at the top, once in you will see a list of trusted devices, untrust them all so your list is empty then change the way you receive your codes. Once you have done this go back to twitch to link your accounts and voila 😊
