Link with new device

I would like to switch from my iPad as my current platform to my iPhone but I am having issues.

I do not have Facebook and do not want to create a profile on Facebook so I can not use that to connect

I tried to use Game Center but can’t as another household member has played SWGOH on that iPad and linked it before I started the account that I want to keep using

What are my options?  I want to keep playing but the iPad has so many bugs and dropped games that I can no longer use it for this game

Make sure you have your ally number and player ID. Then, you can contact swgoh game support to see what your options are.
