I don’t know if people are still having problems, but I was and figured it out. I was using my switch in handheld, and when signing in to my ea account on my switch to link it when it asked for my email, I entered it, hit next, but then went back deleted it and then entered it again. Then, after I put in my password and on the link account screen I it A, it wasn’t frozen and went to another screen where it said it worked. Idk if this will work for you but I hope it does!

Did you ever get this sorted? My son has a switch lite and can’t get passed the link accounts screen.
