Linking to switch

Having trouble linking to ea account on switch.  I load the game up, input information and when clicking on link accounts nothing happens. Doesn't even try to load.

Nintendo account shows that permissions are there for ea but it just doesn't work even after turning console off and on.

Have noticed that my dob is wrong on ea account, don't know if that's an issue or if it's just broken

@BeefnCheese13 Switch user here. I took the advice above from @guzagram and it worked.

When you get to the page with the “Link Account” button on it, DO NOT use the touch screen to press it. Just press the A button instead.

Using the touchscreen in the linking process is the source of the problem.

Thank you for bumping that to the top. I entered all my info without ever touching the screen (buttons only) and was able to link finally. What a weird bug.

I’m still having this problem as well. Any help would be nice. I haven’t been able to play since I bought the game 2 weeks ago.

@hickey1 What an awful user experience first tine to set up switch than I had to create EA account for whatever reason now after spending 30 minutes and many dollars I can not play the game. I think EA and Nintendo are both doomed
