Link ea account to Nintendo account

I have the same problem. I am unable to link my EA account to my Nintendo Switch account. I get to the LINK accounts page and then it freezes. Any answers would be helpful.

I had purchased Fifa 20 for switch and it won't let me move on from this screen. I've rebooted my system and everything. I don't have another EA account connected to my switch account

Bought FIFA 20 for the Switch yesterday; still can’t get past the “Link Accounts” screen.

There are multiple reports of this issue — is anything being done about it at all? Or should I just get a refund?
