Link SWGOH account to EA

Hi holotable,

I got an issue since few days with connecting my SWGOH game to my new EA account .. I don’t know how to it, I already followed all the links that the help support sent me without success. I’m kind of getting crazy with it because I need it to be log on my EA account if I want to go and buy stuff on the EA online store. If any one can help me it would be amazing and really appreciated ! When I try connect to the online store I got this message « an occurred while attempting to validate your code, please try again), and I already followed all the steps from the help page about this issue .. I tried to link everything I could on my EA account, someone on the help support told me that maybe I’m to young, but I’m actually born in 1995 so I don’t know why nothing is working for me to connect on the online store, I’m in distress 😂

It sounds like a Webstore error. We have a guide here on AHQ to help with that error message: [SWGOH] Webstore Errors Guide. 

Your error message 'an occurred while attempting to validate your code, please try again)' matches the one in Step 3 - Enter the code from your email. 

Please check out Step 3 and the 3 potential scenarios it could be. One of them should solve this for you.

did you already connect via ingame?

first go to settings (top left corner)

then press connect

then press EA Connect

then follow the instructions shown

Yep the issue is that I have already linked my SWGOH game to an other email address for an other EA account by the past .. and now I would like to update it for my new EA account

Me too.  I've run 3 accounts on this game.  They will NEVER help you.
