I took a break from the game in March and came back in May to play with my brother-in-law and his friends and I had a message come up on my screen when trying to load into a match to warm up that I was banned. I was shocked because I never did anything to cheat in this game since it came out, so I went straight to support. My first response from them was a human asking for basic info like my pc, country, etc. After I gave him all the info, I heard back in two days from an automated message saying they made the right decision. I didn't know what to do so I started going through my account and saw that you can download your player data that records everything that happens on your account.
I went through it and sure enough, someone accessed my account in late March from a different place on earth that I have never heard about with a completely different IP address, and they accessed it again from a different country few days later but didn't change anything. My guess is they hacked the account, joyrided on it hacking through lobbies for fun and got my account banned when EA finally noticed what they were up to. I changed my password and added 2FA (should have had this before but forgot to add it) and screenshotted the data and sent it to EA and they came back with another automated message. I am out of ideas because now they sent me an email saying they won't be monitoring my email address anymore. This company is really bad. They are just banning people for no reason without giving an explanation. I had to go to my ban history to see why I was banned. All that time and effort playing and getting cool skins from the store is now gone. Money wasted. I saw on reddit that many people are having the same issue as I am, and someone here made a post with the same exact issue 3 weeks ago.

I have tried everything and nothing works. They don’t listen and ignore me every chance they get. I think it’s best if I start fresh even if I lose all my skins. My mistake for buying something in this game.
