After the hotfix it is no longer necessary to close GameFirst VI before running the game.

Finally able to play the game. Glad I didn’t have to uninstall it cuz it’s actually good so far. Glad this patch fixed my issues and hopefully everyone else’s

You have the license check failed error too? I might actually try to get it again if it's fixed. I refunded Pro.

I still have the error through Origin. Disabling AV and all other security did not help. Just downloaded today, so should have the update.

Would you be able to try starting your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference? If there is something else running that could be related to the error that may help to narrow it down.

Found it to be my Killer network card causing the issue. Updated the drivers for it and now it works.
