Leveln without War bonds Money

I level from 70 to 77 and and in each level step you get war bonds normaly, but I dont get it no more, also in game it shows not my level up. Now no more war bonds money, so I need help here pls.

got the same problem... so missing 2 things to unlock ...Armored Mortar Truck and M1911 Special...missing 390 war bonds..
