Level 77 gold apex pack bug

Level 77 gold apex pack is not allowing me to open. Kind of frustrating since I was playing super sweaty to unlock it last night. Shows that I’m past level 77 but still “0 apex packs”

no check mark next to the gold pack showing that I haven’t opened it yet.

any ideas would be nice. I want that gold merch
