Level 0 bugg

I just got Battlefield 1 today and was having a fun time playing a few round. I was level 7 after a few rounds and wanted to equip some new stuff turns out I was level 1 again so I restarted the game a few times played another round but I still get resetted to level 0 no matter what I do. pls help I want to play the game.
