Lent my friend my IPAD to play Galaxy of Heroes, and my account is gone [ Edited ]

The title states most of the issue.  My friend was having issues with his android so I lent him my IPAD so he could keep playing until it was resolved. He did the facebook login process with his own facebook to move the account over to the iPad I lent him.   I was playing fine on my phone until suddenly the game said it needed to reset.  My account is gone.  I sent in a ticket, but the years and money I have sunk into this game are haunting me at this moment.  I wouldn’t say I am freaking out, but I am pretty close.  

Let’s just say any help would be greatly appreciated. 

EDIT - 

I realized I didn’t mention why I believe my account to be gone.  Though he entered his own FB information into my IPAD, somehow his account has taken over my FB login too.  Now when I sign in with my FB it shows his account.  I have no way to access my original account anymore.

I would like to say that they have helped at all, but I have been in an email chain with three different people that are obviously not reading what my issue is, and posting the same copy and paste response. 

My friend has taken his account back, he signed in using his own Facebook on the android account is its working fine.  My facebook account now seems to still be linked to his character.  They are telling me to make a new character so they can port in my old account to the new one.  I can’t make a new character because every time i delete the game and start again, the same character auto loads.  I really need to speak to someone more in depth and it just seems like I am not getting any help.
