Legacy Unlock: Twi'lek not active

Hello SWTOR players, I have an issue and I be so happy if somebody can help me.

It's simple, I'm just bought a Legacy Unlock: Twi'lek from the Cartel Coin Store, but I don't have it, the article go to my inventory, I used it but then, nothing , I'm still whit the 3 default species 

I must reach the level 50?

Just to confirm you claimed the unlock from the cartel market and used the item from your inventory?  Are you trying to create a new character and twi'lek isn't a selection for any class?

Try shutting down the game and logging back in and creating a new character.
