Lee-Enfield Assignment Mastery VI bugged? [ Edited ]

Finished the lee-enfield 04 mk1 mastery VI assignment for recon, go back to game menu and dont recieve rewards. yes it did say completed at the top left of the screen and i left at the end of the game. it didnt give me any rewards instead just reset the assignment like i hadnt done it. ive tried to also contact EA support about it, but they just keep telling me to wait. been waiting since monday..... contacted them twice since. one of them told me to make a post in forum another said contact them again after another 48 hours... what do i do?? i just want my rewards after spending the longest time on this weapon...
