Launcher stuck on initializing

Just returning to the game and got many patches to update.  Yesterday I launch it and it's stuck on initializing.  Today it's still stuck on that but also gives the error "This application has encountered an unspecified error.  Please try this patch again".  

My next step would be to uninstall the game and reinstall it but i'm hoping to avoid all that.

Once downloaded via origin , just run this repair utility here and should be good

If you ever get unspecified error again try this initially

Well I did remove and reinstall the game via Origin.  Now when I log in it says server not responding.

Yesterday I did uninstall the origin downloaded copy and reinstalled the game using the client from the SWTOR site.  That worked.  Thanks!
