Launcher issue

I haven't played in a bit and I wanted to hop back on. I got on the client and it was updating, but it got stuck at 99%. I tried closing it and logging back on, but now the download doesn't even start. It initializes but stops doing anything after that. I've tried uninstalling and using the Launcher repair tool, but nothing seems to work

not sure ,if you cant resolve, you can switch patching methods per this guide , just be aware it is a new install again
