Launcher issue

Launcher stuck on "verifying". Can't enter settings and re-opining does not help. Can someone assist?

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I already tried that solution and it didn't help, as the Launcher verifies the files and then just get back to the same "position" as in the picture. 

Do you have any other suggestion?

Check your antivirus it may also be interfering, ensure launcher.exe are in all the exception lists for both antivirus and firewall
