Launch error - Access is denied

I can't play the game. It gives me that error all the time. I contacted support but they were useless as they told me to end the process "LightingService.exe" that I don't have in my task manager. What pisses me off is, I have bought stuff from the store to support the game and I can't even play now, I feel I want my money back and stop playing it... I'm losing days of the new event and there is nothing I can do because they can make a game playable.

We have seen issues with software that controls RGB lighting of PC hardware so that is why our Advisors may ask you to disable LightingService.exe

That is just one name of an RGB control software, you may have something similar but differently named such as RGBFusion.exe

Check your system documentation to see if you can find the lighting control software on your machine so you can disable the correct item.
