Re: Latency in game - 4-5 times each game instance

Hi guys,
Am facing this unique issue to Apex Legends and was hoping for a resolution. This doesn't happen on other online multiplayer games viz. overwatch or R6 siege.
Everytime am in a game, I get stuck for 10-15 seconds (multiple instances in each game i.e. 4-5 times) with the red speedometer icon in the top right. Sometimes the game puts me back into the lobby with "connection to EA servers timed out" and sometimes puts me back in the game (if am alive).
This is annoying and I got in touch with EA support as well as my ISP. All ports are open, no masked IPs. HELP! Attached OATrace output.
Do you know which datacenter you're connecting to via in-game at the main screen before you click to connect? Are you on PC, PS4, or XB1 and have you tried these steps below?
