Summarize your bug I got all the time fps drops in game and in main menu. Insane but true. A lot of players even with 1080ti got around 60fps. Ridiculous. Something is wrong with last update.

Fix fps drops and stuttering. Problem is in update, even people with 1080ti got 60fps. Ridiculous

For me singleplayer works fine but multiplayer keeps stuttering,tried that 10-hour trial and it worked fine with same exact settings, im using GTX950 2GB i know its not good card but still trial was working fine on medium settings..

I would get 1 second stutters with DXR, but it is flawless without DXR. When it happens my FPS and GPU usage drops to low numbers. This still happens after 4/4/2019 update.

Stutter still occurs with DXR with 425.31 Nvidia driver.
