Lags on Singapore servers

Hello good Day,

My GF and me are experiencing massive lags on Singapore servers,and we did not had this problem the seasons before,is it a known issue?

Ping on Singapore server are normaly about 30-35ms  on GCE 1-2 and mysteriously since the new season singapore 1 has 170ms+ with packet loss
can someone tell me how to UOTrace apex legends? i only get this results here
