Lagging/stuttering [ Edited ]

Since I bought my RTX 3090 I´ve had som stutter/lag when I play.

My specs is:

Ryzen 7 3700x | MSI X570 MPG GAMING EDGE WIFI | Corsair Dominator Platinum 3600MHz 16GB DDR4 | Gainward RTX 3090 Phoenix 24GB | Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO | EVGA SuperNova G2 1300W | Fractal Design Define R5 | Samsung EVO 850 1TB | Acer Predator XB271HU |

I have the latest drivers for GPU, Windows(Windows 10 20H2 Enterprice 64-bit ) and the latest bios/chipset drivers.

Temps when I play is ~72C on CPU and 70-75C for GPU....so I dont think it´s a issue with that.

FPS is around 90-140 so no major dip, It´s just that I get some stutter/lag, especially when in the beginning of the match and in situations when I scope in/out with sniper.

My settings are: (sry for Swedish text) but I think/hope you somehow can see which setting is which 

Any one else with same setup? Any suggestions on settings I should change?

I´ve also tested Watch Dogs: Legion and I had no issues what so ever in the game.
