Lagging even though i have high fps

I've been playing apex since release now, and i havent had any problems but suddenly from one day to another my game went completely laggy and stuttery. I also have always nearly 100% GPU-Usage in apex. (The DxDiag is in german so beware)

If you're framerate isn't capped (fps_max 0 or disabled vsync) gpu usuage 100% is normal.
Turn off Origin Overlay for laag fix

I;m getting lag because of auto server swapping. puts me on overseas servers
